2nd grade students may visit the Nebraska Ecology Program at Morrill Hall. Schools may choose to have these students either visit the Encounter Center or return immediately after their program, enabling the 3rd grade classes to visit the Dinosaur Program.

3nd grade students may visit the Dinosaurs Program at Morrill Hall IF either the 2nd or 5th grade classes opt to return immediately after their program instead of visiting the Encounter Center.

4th grade students may visit the Bug Bash Program at the Folsom Children's Zoo. Arrangements are made by Dr. Moore's Office.

Water & Wetlands Chemistry Rock & Fossils Sounds* |
5th grade students may visit the Rocks & Fossils or Water & Wetlands Program at Morrill Hall. Schools may choose to have these students either visit the Encounter Center or return immediately after their program enabling the 3rd grade classes to visit the Dinosaur Program.
The Sound Unit may be taught using Voyage of the Mimi 1 OR the Sound Kit.

6th grade students may participate in the Pfizer/LPS/VIP District Science Fair, the Saturday Science Program sponsored by the Physics Department at UN-L, and Science Olympiad.
7th & 8th grade students may participate in the Nebraska Science Olympiad program.
